Reint advises international and national institutional and private parties, developers, governmental bodies and family(-owned investment) businesses on a wide range of real estate matters. His practice includes, among others, real estate transactions, area development, transformation projects, financing and the legal structuring of projects. In addition, Reint specialises in ground lease (long lease/“erfpacht”).
Reint believes it is important not only to analyse projects from a legal perspective, but also to experience them in practice. He therefore regularly visits the real estate locations he is involved in to gain a thorough understanding of the context and dynamics of a project.
In addition to his practice, Reint is a university lecturer in notarial property law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He also teaches on real estate law at the post-LLM professional education for civil-law notaries.
