Marc advises companies and funds on M&A transactions, financing, structuring, and governance issues. He also regularly advises on energy-related projects and acts as trusted advisor to several large family-owned companies.
Marc has been with N/P for fourteen years and was appointed as a notary in 2021. Before joining N/P, he worked in the corporate practice of a large lawyers and notary firm.
Marc thinks outside the box, is hands-on, and has strong coordination skills to bring transactions and other projects to a successful closing.
