Jeroen advises domestic and international investors, institutional parties, financial institutions, developers, investors, housing associations and public authorities on real estate transactions (both asset deals and share deals), project development, and energy-related real estate projects.
Jeroen has been a civil-law notary since 2017. Before joining N/P, he spent ten years working in the broad corporate real estate practice of a leading law and civil-law notary firm in Amsterdam. He also gained in-house legal experience in the energy sector, enabling him to approach matters from different perspectives. Jeroen is known for his positive contribution to boardroom dynamics. He is conscientious, solution-oriented and empathetic, with a keen eye for interests and relationships. He combines substantive sharpness with a strong ability to get deals done.
