Irene Steltenpool

Irene is an all-round advisor with over thirty years’ experience in corporate law. She advises companies and organisations on matters such as corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and structuring projects.
 
Irene is a counsel at N/P Amsterdam. Prior to this, she was associated with various leading international law firms, first as a candidate civil-law notary and later as a civil-law notary and partner. She has extensive experience of working with advisers from other disciplines, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
