Anke is an experienced specialist in (international) corporate law, with a focus on (re)structurings and M&A transactions.
Before joining N/P, she worked for more than fifteen years at leading (international) law firms on Amsterdam’s Zuidas. In her work, she places great value on collaboration, both with clients and with other advisors, driven by the belief that the best solutions are achieved through a collective approach.
For over five years, Anke has been teaching tutorials in Company Law and Legal Entities at VU Amsterdam.
